Rebecca Rod, a UU potter living in Idaho, has made her living as a ceramic artist for about 10 years. She does mostly Raku pottery, throwing prayer bowls, vases, and handbuilding rattles and figures, and various other pieces, as the spirit moves her. Mostly, she sells her work by going to various kinds of art shows.Prayer bowls are often used like a chalice (her church uses a larger one).
