Edict of Torda

Print reproduction of Aladar Korosfoi-Kriesch's famous painting of Francis David and the 1568 Proclamation of Religious Freedom at Torda. Copies of this sepia-colored photogravure hang in most Unitarian churches and in many homes in Transylvania.

Included with the print: an outlined key to the historic figures depicted in the painting; and a short history of the Edict of Torda and the painting, written by David Gyero, administrative counselor of the Transylvanian Unitarian Church.

International partnerships change lives, change congregations, and grow liberal religion. Poster proceeds promote the transformational work of the Partnership Program.
